CANCELATION CHARGE

• 1 month before arrival: 40%
• 3 to 1 week before arrival: 70%
• in the last week before arrival: 90% from total costs

THERE WILL BE NO CANCELLATION COSTS IF ARRIVAL OR UTILISATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE DUE TO LEGAL CORONA MEASURES (HOTEL OR BORDER CLOSURE, etc.). IF HOLDING THE EVENT WILL GENERALLY BE POSSIBLE, BUT THE ORGANIZER DECIDES AGAINST IT, THE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS ABOVE WILL REMAIN THE SAME.
